We inform that on 31.12.2015 by changing the legal form of the company, Dominowood S.A. (joint-stock company) was formed.
The company was created by the transformation of Dominowood Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) under the provisions of the Act of 15.09.2000 (Title IV, Chapter III, Section 1 and 4 ) by the Resolution no. 1/11/2015 of Dominowood Sp. z o.o.’s General Meeting of Shareholders of 20.11.2015.
